TERMS AND CONDITIONS This offer shall NOT be considered complete or binding until a Real Estate Purchase Contract (Contract) has been signed by the Buyer and Seller. The Contract shall include all terms and conditions for purchase and shall supersede any those of included herein or otherwise made verbally. Upon submitting this web form, the outlined terms will be submitted to a licensed Real Estate Agent (Agent) with 43 Homes who will enter your terms into the Contract. Within two (2) hours after submission, documents will be sent to the email address in this form containing required forms for the Buyer to review and sign electronically. Only after all documents are signed by the Buyer will the Contract be submitted to the Seller for consideration.
Buyer retains the right to a home inspection at his/her expense. If financing is to be used, the offer shall also be contingent on financing approval and the property appraising at or above the agreed upon purchase price (unless otherwise waived). Buyer agrees by signing the Real Estate Purchase Contract and the Agency Disclosure Statement that the Buyer shall be represented throughout the transaction by Agent.
